1. Services

Haus of Her offers a single signature service: a 1:1 Virtual Curated Consultation priced at $444 per session. All consultations are conducted virtually via video call. No in-person sessions are offered.

Each session is a personalized beauty, wellness, and mindset consultation tailored to the individual client. Services may include beauty strategy, wellness guidance, Soul Elevation coaching, curated product recommendations, and referrals to vetted professionals within Stephanie DeSantis's personal network.

2. Booking & Payment

All sessions must be paid in full at the time of booking. Haus of Her does not offer invoicing or payment plans. Payment is processed securely through our booking platform.

By completing payment, you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms of Service. Your session is not confirmed until payment has been received in full.

The credit card processing fee is the responsibility of the client and will be reflected in the total at checkout.

3. Cancellation & Rescheduling

We understand life happens. The following policy applies to all sessions:

• Cancellations made 48+ hours before your session are eligible for a full credit toward a future session. No refunds are issued.
• Cancellations made within 48 hours of your scheduled session are non-refundable and non-transferable.
• No-shows will be charged in full with no credit or reschedule option.
• Rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance via email at hello@hausofher.com.

4. Refund Policy

All sales are final. Haus of Her does not offer refunds under any circumstances once a session has been completed. In the rare case of a technical failure or cancellation initiated by Haus of Her, a full credit or reschedule will be offered.

5. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

Haus of Her provides lifestyle, beauty, and wellness consulting for informational and educational purposes only. Nothing shared during a consultation constitutes medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice.

Stephanie DeSantis is not a licensed medical professional, therapist, or financial advisor. Clients are encouraged to consult with appropriate licensed professionals for medical or mental health concerns.

By booking a session, you acknowledge that results vary and that Haus of Her is not liable for any outcomes — physical, emotional, or financial — resulting from information shared during a consultation.

6. Intellectual Property

All content shared during consultations — including strategies, frameworks, product recommendations, and referral networks — is the intellectual property of Haus of Her and Stephanie DeSantis. It may not be reproduced, redistributed, or sold without written permission.

7. Confidentiality

Haus of Her treats all client information with the utmost discretion. Information shared during sessions is held in strict confidence and will never be shared with third parties without your explicit consent, except where required by law.

When you submit a booking request or contact us, we may collect:
